Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals.
If PromoForge fails to generate content due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it within 7 days, email us within 7 days of the charge for a pro-rata refund. Because content is generated and delivered instantly, we otherwise do not offer refunds on consumed generations.
Prices for Indian customers are inclusive of GST; a GST-compliant invoice with our GSTIN is issued on request.
