PromoForge generates AI-assisted marketing content. Output is provided "as is" for your own review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and complying with the advertising rules of each platform you publish to.
Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to abuse rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
You own the marketing content you generate for your own products. The PromoForge software, brand and interface remain ours.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI output may contain errors — verify before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
